The Annual Meeting is looking to rally members\, introduce organizational structure and change\, and set the organization’s mission and objective. The Annual Meeting serves as a cultural catalyst for NAAAP Detroit. The NAAAP Detroit team created the Annual Meeting with results that can be felt throughout the rest of the year. It also serves as a formal welcoming to guide the new members of the Chapter’s officers and board of directors. \nThe NAAAP Detroit Chapter is also pleased to announce our prestigious keynote speaker for the Inaugural Annual Meeting: Peter Bhatia\, the Editor and Vice President from the Detroit Free Press. Peter Bhatia is a multiple Pulitzer Prize-winning editor who has led several large news organizations across the country.
