Clem leads the Human Resources function for the Sales & Marketing organization of Comcast Cable which is an organization that includes a workforce of 10,000 across multiple sales channels. Clem joined Comcast as the VP HR of Comcast Spotlight, which is the $2B+ advertising sales business of Comcast Cable. As an HR executive, Clem is focused on delivering the spectrum of HR services including sales force effectiveness, talent acquisition, talent management, employee development and HR consulting. Prior to joining Comcast, Clem worked in various senior level HR or Operations leadership roles with CIGNA, W.L. Gore & Associates and Citigroup. Clem, his wife and three children reside in the suburban Philadelphia region. He is active in the community, serving on the Board of the Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of American Asian Professionals (NAAAP), is a former Board member of the March of Dimes and is co-founder of the Run For Babies 5K/10K which benefits the March of Dimes. Clem’s other passion is physical fitness and he is an avid recreational triathlete. Clem earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Economics from the College of William & Mary, and his MBA from the University of Delaware.
