Elaine Chin is a sales representative and office manager for a manufacturer of consumable goods for heavy road construction equipment. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University-New Brunswick with a concentration in Psychology and Communication. She joined NAAAP in 2010 and acted as the Communications Manager under Operations and the Senior Operations Manager for the Non-Profit Relations Business Unit. She is currently serving as the Event Manager for the Programming Committee.
