About Corporate Relations

The Corporate Relations team develops and connects top talent with our corporate sponsors and delivers training and professional development workshops to ensure the success of member corporate Asian American Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

Mission

To inspire leaders and transform Asian-American perceptions in the workplace.

It is our vision that NAAAP Philadelphia’s Corporate Relations Business Unit will become the development and networking hub for Asian-American corporate professionals and recognized as the place to turn to for Asian-American talent.

Signature Programs

  • HR Mixer: An event dedicated for members to meet and discuss job opportunities with HR professionals from participating companies. Past participating companies included Comcast, Wells Fargo, Johnson & Johnson, and many more.
  • ERG Summit: A full-day of professional development specifically designed for local Employee Resource Groups such as office politics, executive presence, and ERG impact on business.  Past participating companies included Comcast, E&Y, PECO, Bank of America, CIGNA, Vanguard, and more.
  • Quarterly ERG Dinner:  Every three months, representatives from NAAAP Philadelphia member ERG groups meet to discuss best practices, needs for success, and ideas for future community-building programming.
