Creative Director, Pursue
Mike Han is the Chef, Creative Director and Owner of Pursue, a sustainable Korean-American seafood concept in Downtown, Detroit. Mike has worked in highly regarded Japanese restaurants in LA, Chicago, Miami, and opened NYC’s first sustainable omakase sushi restaurant which was named one of “New York City’s Best New Restaurants” in 2017 by The Village Voice. As a visual artist, Han has shown work in Seoul, painted murals in Osaka, Ann Arbor, Detroit, Chicago, and has done commissioned works for vitaminwater, Red Bull and the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy.
