Arianna Quan

Miss Michigan 2016

Arianna Quan was born in Beijing, China and emigrated to the United States when she was 6 years old. Having become an American citizen at age 14, Arianna is now a student at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit studying Automotive Design and interns at Immigration Law PLLC in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She currently is the first Asian American Miss Michigan within the Miss America Scholarship Organization and the first state titleholder with the distinction of being a naturalized citizen. She has been featured by CCTV, CNN, Huffington Post, New York Times, MSNBC and more for her advocacy work in her personal platform, Being American: Immigration & Citizenship Education and travels throughout the country speaking about the importance of celebrating all Americans, regardless of race, culture or background.
