Chris Groscurth, Ph.D.

Chris Groscurth, Ph.D. is Slalom Detroit’s organizational effectiveness Practice Area Leader, and he is the author of the book, Future-Ready Leadership: Strategies for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Over the past two decades, Chris has become a highly regarded leadership and organizational performance expert. He has advised Fortune 100 leaders across all industries and has served as a subject matter expert in research and development efforts that have shaped government policy and business strategy in organizations around the world.

Prior to joining Slalom, Chris was a senior practice expert with the Gallup Organization, and a member of the Gallup Speaker’s Bureau, providing thought leadership and insights on the State of the Global Workplace, Organizational Culture and Inclusion, Strengths-Based Performance, Employee Engagement, and the future of work.

At Slalom, Chris leads a team of consultants that advise clients on topics related to business transformation, change adoption, and organizational effectiveness, proving data-driven solutions that create measurable results for organizations in Detroit and around the world.

A native of Michigan, Chris has held leadership positions at the University of Michigan and Trinity Health. Chris holds degrees from Western Michigan University and a doctorate in human communication processes from the University of Georgia.
