Linglong He
Chief Information Officer, Quicken Loans

Linglong He is the Chief Information Officer of Quicken Loans Inc. With more than 20 years of experience within technology, Linglong is responsible for the overall vision and leadership for technology initiatives across the business. Since joining the company in 1996, Linglong has served in many roles, including Director of Database and Systems Engineering, Software Engineer, Oracle DBA, Progress DBA and as a UNIX System administrator.

Technology drives the business at Quicken Loans. The company placed in the top-15 of Computerworld magazine’s “100 Best Places to Work In Technology” for the past fourteen years, ranking #1 in 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013, 2007, 2006 and 2005.
Linglong served as the Chair for the “Experience IT” program, which she was a founder of alongside other Detroit technology leaders in 2012. The program aims to provide continued education, work experience and job opportunities for IT professionals and college students as they advance their technology careers. The ExperienceIT program was recognized as a 2017 Michigan Works! Impact Award winner. Linglong also currently serves on the Board of Directors for APACC (Asian Pacific American Chamber of Commerce). She has a strong passion for developing leaders and is actively involved with the Michigan Council of Women in Technology (MCWT) and the We Build Character organizations.

Linglong has received a number of awards including the DBusiness 2018 Champions of the New Economy, Benzinga’s 2018 CIO of the Year, 2017 DAPCEP Real McCoy Award in Technology, the 2017 Michigan Women’s History Month Leadership in Action Award, 2016 Crain’s 100 Most Influencial Woman Award, Crain’s 50 Names to Know in IT for 2016, 2015 Woman and Leadership in the Workplace Distinguished Service Award, 2014 Corp! Salute to Diversity Business Leader Award and the 2013 Crain’s Detroit Business CIO Award.
